Switching GitLab.com traffic to go through Cloudflare.Planned Maintenance

Description

Will will be moving GitLab.com to Cloudflare as announced in our blog post, about.gitlab.com/blog/2020/01/16/gitlab-changes-to-cloudflare. We are targeting March 28 for the switch. We do not anticipate taking downtime, but are posting the window for advanced notice of the switch. Further technical details are in the blog post noted above.

[Update] GitLab.com is operational. We are resolving an issue with caching of avatar and logo images.

[Update] It looks like traffic is starting to resolve and GitLab.com is operational. We will continue to monitor status.

[Update] We are still working on resolving the issues with name resolution. We have tried one solution and traffic does appear to be starting to flow again.

[Update] We are working with Cloudflare on making sure the DNS switch has gone through. We are now seeing a drop in traffic with DNS not resolving.
