[Monitoring] Our upstream vendor has communicated with us that the issues should be mitigated. We are also seeing improvements on our end. We will continue monitoring for any issues before marking this as resolved.

[Identified] The upstream vendor continues to work to restore the support portal functionality. A hard refresh of your browser (bypassing the cache) may help load the support portal, but email replies and ticket filing will still work in the meantime.

[Identified] Our upstream vendor for our ticketing system is currently having issues. Users may experience issues while creating tickets in the Support portal, but ticket creation (including emergencies) or replies via email will work in the meantime.
